Tom Jones Duets
Tracks are:
"Hot Legs" with Tina Turner. Tina is sensational as always. Terrific performance.
"Upside Down" with Dusty Springfield; nice to see and hear Dusty, one of the U.K.'s big stars.
"Don't Let Go" with Isaac Hayes. Tom and Isaac chit chat before the song and "trade personalities", which is rather funny.
"Too Much, Too Little" with Deniece Williams; in the "not memorable" category.
"Guilty" with Gladys Knight; as much as I like Gladys, it's the same as # 4.
"Takin' it to the Streets" with Teddy Pendergrass. Nice blend of voices.
"Reunited" with Audrey Landess. There's something going on here, but it has nothing to do with music ! Audrey is gorgeous, but can't sing to save herself.
"The Closer I get to You" with Stephanie Mills. Stephanie is fabulous. An exotic beauty with a marvelous voice and charming personality.
"Girl from New York City" with Donny Osmond. Donny gives a polished, smooth performance. One of the best tracks of the collection.
"Our Day Will Come" with Cybill Shepherd. Ouch ! Cybill's not exactly on pitch.
"Endless Love" with Dionne Warwick. Dionne is so very fine.
"I Love the Nightlife" with Chaka Khan. A little disco to finish the collection.
